"We just arrived back from our honeymoon on Kauai. As anyone who's been to Hawaii recently (2021) knows, it's difficult to find a rental car. We were unable to secure one for the day of our arrival and reached out to Janice at North Shore Cab to secure a ride from the airport to Princeville a few weeks before our arrival date. Janice responded promptly confirming her availability, then followed up with a text to confirm a few days before arrival. She was so professional that I asked if she'd be available to transport us to our rental car the next day. She was available and picked me up herself. She was warm, kind, and easy to talk to on the drive. She provided tons of helpful hints about the island and even offered me some fresh lychee from her tree when the ride was over. Thank you so much for helping make our transportation smooth during our honeymoon! We really appreciated it."
