"North shore cab company is absolutely amazing!! Steve is an incredible communicator and checked in with me and verified my pickup details prior to my family’s scheduled trip from hanalei to the Lihue airport. Steve arrived early for our scheduled pickup time and got us to the airport with perfect timing.
And even more amazing, on the day prior to my departure, my son’s uber (from hanalei to the airport) failed to show, and I called Steve (in desperation) at north shore cab, and he rerouted one of his drivers and got my son to the airport in time for his scheduled flight. North shore cab saved the day!! I am and will continue to be a returning fan and customer."
